May Continues • Soup Continues

Thursday's soup board:
            New England Clam Chowder
            Hungarian Mushroom*
            Creamy Sweet Onion*
            Sweet Pepper Bisque**
            Stracciatella
            Split Pea w/Ham*
            Jamaican-style Vegetable*
            Springtime Vegetable*
            Gazpacho*
            Senegalese

Yum!!!
Senegalese is back!
   Creamy, curried, chilled chicken soup.

Also yummy...and light and lovely.
  (I had it yesterday for the first time.)
Stracciatella
 That's minced chicken floating on top.
  Normally, I don't like fresh greens in hot soup...
     BUT this was FABULOUS!!
